{ RESOURCES: Divorce | Mediation }
Divorce can be one of
the most difficult life transitions. As with marital therapy,
divorce therapy focuses on helping partners strengthen their
communicate skills and negotiate solutions, whether attempting
to heal the relationship or dissolve the marriage. Either way,
the goal is to assist the partners in
coping with change and achieving healthy solutions
for all involved. We can learn from our mistakes,
and this approach allows healing to be the focus, despite
of the outcome.
