We offer support and psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families who want to deepen their level of connection, awareness, trust and joy in their relationships and with themselves. We promote a collaborative relationship in a non-judmental, compassionate environment, and use creative techniques tailored for each individual person based on their unqiue needs and goals. Healing happens when we intellectually and emotionally gain an understanding of our issues and patterns, and are able to respond with new behaviors and communication skills. We offer a holistic approach to psychotherapy, which is a philosophy characterized by the treatment of the whole person, taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just the physical symptoms.
